Every trait, spell, perk and relic in the game, tagged into rules: when a trigger, if conditions, do actions. Filters search the tags, not the text. That's why "inflicts Burning" and "triggers off Burning" are different searches.
The grey box under the effect text is the rule. Click a chip to add it to your search. If a card has several rules, the ones that match get a teal edge.

Click a sidebar row to include it, again to exclude, again to clear. The status, stat, class and race groups pair a name with an interaction: pick Burning, then inflicts, removes, triggers off and so on.
Match within a single action is on by default. All rule filters must hit the same rule, not different rules on the same card. Untick it to loosen that.
Press / to search. Cards and sidebar groups are single Tab stops. Arrow keys move inside them.
Some tags are wrong. Every card has a report a mistake link that opens a prefilled GitHub issue.
